I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is fantastic, near the underground and surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. The room I stayed in was on the -1 floor, providing easy access from outside, although it wasn't what we originally booked - it was the only room with 4 beds instead of 2, which worked out well for our family trip. The service was excellent, friendly, and quick to address any concerns. While the dining options were decent, it would have been nice to see more variety. Overall, it was a good stay, despite a late-night interruption by another couple entering our room at 3 am.
